Kilpatrick Stockton is retaining Carter & Associates-ONCOR to market 55,592 sf of class A space at Monarch Tower. Security First is banking on CB Richard Ellis to find a tenant for its 48,000 sf of class A product at Prominence in the high-end Buckhead district off Downtown.
Kilpatrick Stockton is asking $32.50 per sf for its space. Security First hasn't disclosed its rent requirements but area brokers familiar with the affluent Buckhead district tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the space will go for at least $30 per sf.
The Kilpatrick Stockton space is occupied by the Jones & Askew law firm which merged last year with Kilpatrick. The firm is moving July 1 to the 110 Peachtree Building in Midtown. Kilpatrick is offering to leave its furniture, phone system and art work to the new tenant for a total $1 million.
