Heather Valley in Madison was sold by Robert Niebauer and Harvey Wendel, who built the apartment buildings in 1988 and 1989, along with local attorney Harvey Wendel. Mike Dean of Marcus & Millichap's Milwaukee office represented both the sellers and the buyer.
The Geist Shopping Center has been sold to an undisclosed investment group by a California-based institutional seller. Marsh Grocery is the anchor tenant with 22% of the space. Kahlil Kenneth Barnard of Marcus & Millichap was the exclusive representative for both buyer and seller.
