Online Title Firm Expanding

SAN MATEO, CA-The online title services company BridgeSpan opened its San Mateo office recently, and already is processing some 250 commercial and residential escrow orders. BridgeSpan’s new San Mateo branch office mirrors that of the company’s older Menlo Park office, which recently opened and within days initiated transactions on more than 50 properties.

BridgeSpan Inc. CEO Mark Evans tells GlobeSt.com the response to its San Mateo and Saratoga offices make it abundantly clear that BridgeSpan is providing the industry with what he believes it has been lacking–innovative title and closing services that utilize a Web-based technology platform.
