Before joining United Properties, Stevens was senior vice president, regional asset management for Colonnade Properties LLC and was responsible for asset and property management service delivery for the Midwest region. Stevens also is a licensed real estate agent and teaches commercial real estate continuing education courses for Prosource, which provides real estate licensing and continuing education.
