It provides security for the San Antonio International Airport, which is just north of the 198,452-sf Alamo Towers West. Krista Upham of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office has represented the tenant. Deborah Amini of Noll Bakke Commercial Real Estate Services has acted on behalf of the building owner, Corporate Realty Income Fund I LP. Corporate Realty has spent more than $7 million for capital improvements at Alamo Towers, according to a filing with the Security and Exchange Commission.
In San Marcos, Spirits Liquor Stores has renewed a 1,750-sf lease at San Mar Plaza, a 182,206-sf retail center. Spirits has two stores in San Marcos. Kenneth C. Pruitt of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office has acted for the building owner, P.O'B. Apollo San Marcos LP. The tenant did not have outside representation in the lease talks.
