Brokers Close 3 Multifamily Sales for $7 Mil

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI-Three apartment complexes in Ypsilanti, MI; Woodhaven, MI and Detroit change hands for a total of $6.8 million, an average of $22,150 per unit, in separate transactions.

BLOOMFIELD HILLS, MI-The Income Property Organization has brokered the separate sales of three multifamily properties in the Metro Detroit area. Senior sales associate Jason Gardner was involved in all three deals while managing member Greg Coulter was involved in two.

The 144-unit Eastern Village Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI was sold for $3.2 million by TPG Huron Villas to property management company Tri-County Investments. Gardnerrepresented the buyer of the apartment complex near the campus of EasternMichigan University.
