The 144-unit Eastern Village Apartments in Ypsilanti, MI was sold for $3.2 million by TPG Huron Villas to property management company Tri-County Investments. Gardnerrepresented the buyer of the apartment complex near the campus of EasternMichigan University.
The 72-unit Devonshire Villas Apartments in Woodhaven, MI sold for $2 million. Trenton, MI-based Dodge MGP sold the property to Southfield-based property management company Kaftan Enterprises. Coulter and Gardner represented both parties.
The 91-unit Sheridan Court Apartments in Detroit was sold for $1.6 million by Detroit-based property management company P&B Enterprises to LTM Properties. Coulter and Gardner represented both parties.
