The 30,000-sf shopping center is situated on a 2.43-acre site at the junction of Routes 35 and 36. The asset's tenant roster includes a Men's Warehouse, the Vitamin Shoppe, a Sprint phone store and Harvey's Electronics.
GMAC Commercial Mortgage Corp., based in Horsham, PA, a wholly-owned subsidiary of GMAC Commercial Holding Corp. was arranged the transaction. Specifically, GMACCM vice president John McLeod, based in the firm's Miami, FL retail production office, put the package together for the owner. The source of the funding was not disclosed.
