The Victor Repetto Trust, a trust headed by Robert E. Wilkins and based in Santa Rosa, has taken title to 1072 W. Chandler Blvd. The 5,000-sf building is fully occupied by a 3 Day Blinds store. The sale price equates to about $244 per sf.
The building is at the northwest corner of Chandler Boulevard and Alma School Road, and is part of a several hundred-sf neighborhood center. The project is in the heart of the fast-growing suburb, near both established neighborhoods and newly emerging master planned communities.
Depierro Realty Advisors, a Dana Point, CA-based development firm that had built the property, is the seller. The Phoenix office of Marcus & Millichap, with brokers Jessie Zahn and Jamie Medress, has represented the buyer in the transaction.
