The State of California Air Resources Board is Flair Commerce Center's major tenant, occupying a total of 35,991 sf in two of the complex's buildings. Other tenants include the Los Angeles Board of Supervisors, Global Casuals and San Gabriel Valley Dialysis. The complex was approximately 85% leased at time of sale.

A CB Richard Ellis brokerage team consisting of Darla Longo, Natalie Bazarevitsch and Barbara Emmons represented both AEM and Fowler. The county's available industrial properties are being snatched up eagerly as Southern California's industrial market continues to tighten.

Last week, a 24-acre industrial property in Camarillo was sold by LA-based MEI Real Estate Services for $9.3 million, as reported by GlobeSt.com. The buyer, Camarillo Business Center LLC, plans to add 300,000-sf of office and industrial improvements to the existing 113,000-sf facility that stands at 750 W. Ventura Blvd.
