The company, Tedea-Huntleigh Inc., will share the new space at 20630 Plummer St. with its Celesco Transducer Products subsidiary. The building is the former corporate office of Leslie Pools, a pool and pool-equipment company.
The building is owned by privately held Striks Properties, which was represented in the transaction by Delphi Business Properties. Dennis Marciniak of Grubb & Ellis' Sherman Oaks office represented Tedea-Huntleigh.
Tadea-Huntleigh is moving from a 28,000-sf building in the 7800 block of Deering Avenue because it needs more space, a company official says.
