The buildings feature redundant electricity and is highly secure, says Panattoni partner Tom Mercer, who opened the Denver office two years ago.
The campus includes a three-story, 105,000-sf office building and a 70,00-sf research and development facility, as well as 875 surface parking spaces.
The campus also includes a 25,000-square-foot athletic facility and a cafeteria.
Since opening the office, Panattoni has completed, or is about to start construction, on a total of 805,000 sf worth $100 million in Colorado.
''We started with little more than a fax machine and one piece of dirt two years ago to 805,000 sf,'' Mercer says.
Although the Denver-area market has recently softened, Mercer expects to more than double Panattoni's portfolio to $250 million in the next three years.
