PFLUGERVILLE, TX-Work has begun on the first phase of Terrabrook’s master-planned, mixed-use community in Pflugerville. Lots should be ready to deliver to homebuilders by the fourth quarter, Bill Meyer of Terrabrook tells GlobeSt.com.

The development, called Falcon Pointe, is at 685 and Kelly Lane in northeast Pflugerville, which, itself, is perched on the northeast side of Austin. The 700-acre project will comprise 1,800 homes and neighborhood retail. It will have quick access to planned state highways 130 and 45.

Multifamily housing is not in the plans, but neighborhood retail is, Meyer says. It could be added if zoning issues are resolved with the city.
