Cres Gardner and Miles Forrester, both of Williford's Amarillo property group, have been assigned the duties for the portfolio. The properties are the Bank of America Center, 202,951 sf; Fisk Building, 74,475 sf; First National Bank Building, 113,812 sf; Amarillo Data Center, 69,569 sf; Wellington Office Park, 85,745 sf; Wellington Square Center, 103,900 sf; Atrium at Coulter Ridge, 71,771 sf; and Southtree Building, 34,882 sf.
Williford also manages three million sf in Houston's Energy Corridor-Katy Freeway, Westchase and North Belt submarkets. The firm also has offices in the CBD markets of Atlanta, Corpus Christi and Amarillo.
