The Hollywood, FL-based real estate investment company and its principal officer Morris Richter are adding Howard Wolofsky, Sam Richter and Robert Burstein to the development team that is building L'Ambiance at 4240 Galt Ocean Drive. Those three were responsible for development of the L'Hermitage, another luxury condo building constructed on the Intracoastal.
Other consultants are Bradshaw, Gill & Associates, landscape architecture and land planning; Sieger Suarez Architectural Partnership; and Lamondin Group. L'Ambiance units range from 1,836 sf to 2,823 sf. Prices are $400,000 to $2.4 million.
Nearly three years in the planning stages, the property is considered one of the last remaining development sites on the city's Intracoastal.
