FORT LAUDERDALE, FL-Yale Properties International Inc. is banking on the experience of three South Florida developers to boost development of a 126-unit, 23-story luxury condominium project under construction on the shores of the Intracoastal Waterway at an estimated development cost of $40 million.

The Hollywood, FL-based real estate investment company and its principal officer Morris Richter are adding Howard Wolofsky, Sam Richter and Robert Burstein to the development team that is building L’Ambiance at 4240 Galt Ocean Drive. Those three were responsible for development of the L’Hermitage, another luxury condo building constructed on the Intracoastal.
