The properties are Roeser Commerce Center, which is at 3702 E. Roeser Rd. It is a two-building, office-warehouse holding totaling nearly 60,000 sf. The business park has commanded a price of $2.7 million or $45.29 per sf. The property is less than three miles south of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and a half-mile south of Interstate 10.
The Horne Commerce Center, located at 1806 and 1829 S. Horne in Mesa, has gone for $3.4 million. It also is a two-building, office-warehouse development that consists of more than 59,400 sf. The sale price equates to $57.23 per sf. The Horne Commerce Center is less than a quarter mile south of Superstition Freeway.
A team from Insignia/ESG's Phoenix office has brokered the deal. Brokers Steve Lindley, Bob Buckley and Tracy Cartledge have represented buyer and seller in the transaction.
