SOUTHFIELD, MI-Equis Corp. has relocated its Detroit offices to 400 Galleria Office Centre. Equis Corp. is a corporate real estate organization focusing on the business space user, transaction management, project management, information management, auditingas well as financial consulting.
“Our new office signifies an expansion for Equis and represents our on-going commitment to provide our clients with the highest level of service,” says Barbara Eaton, vice president of brokerage for the Detroit office.
Having previously been located in Bingham Farms, MI, Equis is now located within the professional offices of the Galleria Office Centre.
Since 1984, Chicago-based Equis has operated as a full-service real estate firm in the United States focusing exclusively on the business space user.
Equis serves many Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries, including Ameritech, the Coca-Cola Company, Daimler-Chrysler Corporation, Delphi Automotive, U.S. General Services Administration, NationsBank, Watson Wyatt Worldwide and Xerox.
