According to the terms of the seven-year lease, the nonprofit Dayle McIntosh Center for the Disabled will occupy the entire 20,460-sf office facility at 13272 Garden Grove Blvd. The contract is valued at $1.5 million.

The group will move in August. It has spent the last several years in nearby Anaheim.

Jon Swallow of Grubb & Ellis' Anaheim office represented Dayle McIntosh. Chip Dever of Colliers Seeley International represented the landlord, the Kellogg Living Trust of Irvine.
