Radisson Hires Directors of Development

MINNETONKA, MN-Hospitality industry veterans Shawna Laethem and Satis Patel will help Radisson build its network of franchised hotels by pre-qualifying prospective Radisson properties and participating in closings.

MINNETONKA, MN-Radisson Hotels & Resorts says it has hired two franchise and hotel sales professionals as directors of development as part of its development team’sexpansion of its North American franchise sales. As directors of development, Shawna Laethem and Satis Patel will be responsible for achieving Radisson’s revenue and growth objectives by identifying and pre-qualifying prospective Radisson hotels and participate in closing activities.

They will also support vice presidents of development: Mike Cowell, vice president of development for the Southwest; and Bill Speidel, senior vice president of development, Southeast and Caribbean, respectively.
