Tom Fish and Holly Minter, both of L.J. Melody & Co., has arranged the financing at its Houston office. Bank of America is providing the financing for the package.
RCA is located in the Woodway area and has developed at least one apartment complex in Houston. Royal Luxor Court is a 704-unit complex on the west side of town.
According to RCA, the company plans to acquire an additional 15,000 to 20,000 apartment units in the next two years. RCA is targeting acquisitions in Orlando, Atlanta, Las Vegas, Southern California, Sacramento and major Texas markets.
