The partnership will link San Diego-based BayLogics' site acquisition and facilities management software with Siebel Systems' offering, a suite of software applications called eBusiness. The applications allow multi-channel sales, marketing, and customer service systems to be deployed over the Web, at call centers, and retail and dealer networks.

The meshing of the two software packages allows customers to easily offer commercial real estate capabilities to their existing eBusiness applications. "BayLogics' product offerings provide a powerful solution for corporate real estate management," says Catherine Cherubino, senior director of software alliances for Siebel Systems. "BayLogics' applications integrated with Siebel eBusiness applications, will help our joint customers better acquire, manage, and dispose of leased and owned corporate real estate assets."

"We chose Siebel Systems because it is the leader in eBusiness and is known for providing the most functional, configurable, and trusted applications to its customers," says Sam Borgese, CEO of BayLogics.

BayLogics will fully implement the program by September. The company's base of over 300 customers includes Sears, Roebuck & Co., AOL Time Warner, Staples, Central Parking Corporation and Brinks.
