The project is 15 minutes from Boulder, 30 minutes to the Denver International Airport, and three minutes to the Interlocken Business Center, the northwest corridor's premier business park.
Although it is in the suburbs, Continuum considers Bradburn a "New Urbanism" project. It will include numerous pocket parks and a village plaza.
Continuum already developed the $55-million mixed-use 16 Market Square, one of the first wave of new Class A office buildings completed in Downtown Denver in more than 15 years. What makes 16 Market Square different is that it also includes retail and luxury condominiums.
Continuum also owns the former Villa Italia regional shopping center in Lakewood, which it plans to turn into a town center for the fourth-largest city in Colorado.
