Cushman & Wakefield Negotiates $10.45-Mil Sale

WASHINGTON, DC-Columbia General Corp., in partnership with the IBUS Co., recently paid $10.45 million for a 95% interest in Channel Square, a 203-unit apartment building located at 325 P. St., SW.

WASHINGTON, DC-Columbia General Corp., in partnership with the IBUS Co., recently paid $10.45 million for a 95% interest in Channel Square, a 203-unit apartment building here. The Apartment Group, a division of Cushman & Wakefield, represented the seller of the apartment building, located at 325 P St., SW. The purchase price equaled about $54,200 per unit.

Cushman & Wakefield, the world’s largest fully integrated real estate services firm, has 158 offices around the globe. The firm represents clients in buying, selling, financing, leasing, managing and valuing assets, and provides planning and research, portfolio analysis, site selection and space location services.
