Diabetex develops uses for the collection of data and assessing it to provide population health management for the chronically ill. It is a wholly owned subsidiary of XLHealth, based in Maryland. XLHealth is the result of a merger between Diabetex and CardioContinuum.
Cypress Tower is a 155,023-sf building at 1222 N. Main in San Antonio's CBD. Major tenants are the San Antonio Water System, 59,728 sf, and the University of Texas at San Antonio, 21,000 sf that is used for its administrative offices. Last week, UTSA renewed a 6,441-sf office spot at Cypress.
Elize Pruske, CCIM, and Krista Upham, all of Transwestern Commercial Services' San Antonio office, have represented the building owner, WKB Value Partners LP. Transwestern became the leasing agent for Cypress last year.
