European American paid an estimated $20 million or $82.29 per sf for the Northlake-Decatur submarket building in DeKalb County, according to Databank, an Atlanta-based commercial real estate research house. Dallas-based Prentiss was asking $24 million or $98.75 per sf.

The building has an attached four-level 917-space parking deck and a two-story atrium. Among Crescent's tenants are St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance Co. of Minneapolis, MN (70,000 sf), Hanson Aggregate and Walker Interactive. Class A market rents are $19.50 per sf. Cushman & Wakefield negotiated for Prentiss.
