Performix Technologies, which delivers solutions to improve the performance of contact centers, is leasing a 3,500-sf office at the 25 Corporate Drive here, part of a three-building office park totaling 360,000 sf. Mary Fagan and Rick Graham of Trammell Crow represented the landlord, Riggs & Co.
