The Round Rock store marks the second in the Austin area for the Dallas-based company, which has 28 locations in Texas. Brook Mays also has stores in Oklahoma, Missouri, North Carolina and South Carolina. It sells musical instruments, other music-related products and services.
Staubach Co.'s retail services division has represented Brook Mays in negotiations with Sky Ridge Plaza. The Staubach brokers cutting the deal are Barbara Womble, vice president, Mike Leonard, vice president, and Greg Bracchi, associate.
Sky Ridge is situated on 18.6 acres along Interstate 35. The center has nearly 200,000 sf of net leasable space. Other tenants include Gymboree, Hastings, Walgreen's and a United States armed forces' recruiting office.
