Welsh Cos. Adds Investment Specialist

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Tim Prinsen rejoins Welsh Cos. after serving as vice president of

BLOOMINGTON, MN-Tim Prinsen has been hired by Welsh Cos. as an investment specialist in its investment services division. Prinsen, who began his real estate career asa retail leasing agent with Welsh, was recently vice president of acquisitions and development with Bradley Real Estate, which was recently bought by Heritage Property Investment Trust.

He has completed more than 150 lease transactions, closed more than 1 million sf of development and redevelopment and has been involved with the acquisition and disposition of 3.5 million sf of commercial space with a total value of $220 million.Prinsen will represent both sellers and buyers in his new job with Welsh.
