Akibia Inc., a technology consulting firm based in Boston, has leased 2,292 sf of office space at Crystal Park Plaza, 101 East Old Settlers Blvd., in Round Rock. Opus South Corp. owns the two-story, 58,000-sf building. Akibia had been at 1101 Heritage Plaza in Round Rock. Akibia's Austin office handles information technology support services.
Computer Solutions, also an information technology support company, is taking 1,244 sf of office space in the Medina building at the Koger Center. The multi-building development is at the intersection of MoPac Boulevard and Spicewood Springs Road. Computer Solutions, based in Woodbury, MN, will be moving from 9430 Research Blvd. The firm does work with Austin-based National Instruments Inc.
Jack Tynes of Colliers Oxford Commercial in Austin has handled the leasing transaction for Akibia. Colliers' Kevin Kimbrough has acted on Computer Solutions' behalf while Todd Chessher, general manager of Koger Equity in Austin, has represented the Koger Center.
