Among the newly signed properties are:

--- the 40,859-sf Atrium Building, a Class B office/retail property located at 15th Street and Broadway in Oakland and occupied by the Women's Assistance Agenda Project. Strle tells GlobeSt.com current monthly lease rates run between $2.50 per sf and $3.00 per sf.

--- the 57,600-sf Wiget Lane Building, owned and occupied by the United Clerical Pension Fund (UCPF). The Class B office space is located at 150 and 190 N. Wiget Lane in Walnut Creek.

--- The Towne Center Apartments, located at 400 Soto Street in Martinez and owned by The CC Ventures in Oakland. The 43,560-sf multifamily complex has more than 40 units.

--Seven other retail, office and industrial properties in the East Bay totaling 13,973 sf and owned by AB Development Co. which is headquartered in Lafayette. The space includes retail, office and industrial space.
