MIAMI-CB Richard Ellis Inc. is marketing the 79,257 sf of Class A office space recently vacated in two buildings by affiliates of Telefonica S.A. in the Brickell Avenue submarket. The space is leasing at full-service rates below the submarket average of about $29.75 per sf, full service.

The Miami office of CBRE represents the Madrid, Spain-based telecommunications company, Chris Coots, a CB Richard Ellis first vice president, tells GlobeSt.com.

Confirmation of the brokerage contract follows a GlobeSt.com exclusive report that cited the vacated Telefonica space as an example of increased availability of sublease space in the Miami-Dade County market.
