Constructed in 1996 by Intracorp, the warehouse is located in the 16200 block of Woodinville-Redmond Road. Mackie Designs Inc., a maker of professional audio equipment, which also owns a nearby industrial building developed by Intracorp, leases the warehouse.
Seattle-based Intracorp is one of the partner companies that owns Cougar Mountain East Village. The project, which eventually could generate more than $100 million in sales, will consist of 800,000 sf of office space, 50,000 sf of retail space and 1,735 residential units.
Roughly 150 acres of the 627-acre site will be developed, with the remainder left as natural and open spaces. Located west of State Route 900, Cougar Mountain is about a mile south of Interstate 90.
