Local Investors Buy Warehouse for $6.74 Mil

WOODINVILLE, WA-An 80,000 sf warehouse along the Sammamish River here has been sold by Intracorp Woodinville Properties LP to a group of investors called Woodinville II LLC.

WOODINVILLE, WA-An 80,000 sf warehouse along the Sammamish River changed hands recently for $6.74 million. The seller was Intracorp Woodinville Properties LP. The buyer is a group of investors called Woodinville II LLC.

Constructed in 1996 by Intracorp, the warehouse is located in the 16200 block of Woodinville-Redmond Road. Mackie Designs Inc., a maker of professional audio equipment, which also owns a nearby industrial building developed by Intracorp, leases the warehouse.
