The building stands at 16501 Ventura Blvd. The tenant, Specialty Surgical Center, will occupy the space through a 10-year lease.
The area is a popular spot for doctors, dentists, lawyers and other professionals who need office space. Encino, as well as neighboring Sherman Oaks and Woodland Hills, command some of the highest rents in the San Fernando Valley.
