PHOENIX-The 145,000-sf, under-construction Sky Harbor Transit Center, positioned at 1250 E. Hadley St., has gotten its first significant lease, signing CSI/Crown Inc. to 36,400 sf of distribution space.

MainSpring Capital is the developer of the distribution center, which is slated for completion in September. The area’s newest such facility is going up at the northwest corner of 16th Street and Buckeye Road, which is about a mile west of Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport. The location is also about a mile north of Interstate 17 and a mile west of Interstate 10.
