Other occupants include Allied Interstate Inc. and RE/MAX Olson. The complex, which consists of three buildings, is located on Russell Ranch Rd., just north of the Ventura Freeway and east of Lindero Canyon Rd.
Developed by LA-based Investment Development Services Inc. and Seattle, WA-based Kennedy Associates Real Estate Counsel, Westlake North Business Park features large floor plates, redundant fiber optics on a sonnet ring and ample free parking. Designed by Santa Monica-based AHT Architects, its buildings have recessed windows, parapet treatments and prominent entry porticos.
The complex also includes a permanent gallery, with photographs of the surrounding Santa Monica Mountain Recreation area currently on exhibit. The landscapes, which were shot by Calabasas-based photographer Tom Gamache, are displayed in the north and south lobbies at the 30699 Russell Ranch Rd. building.
