The property is located in the heart of Manchester's financial district and will continue to serve as Fleet's New Hampshire headquarters. The building is currently 90% leased.
Farrelly, Dancose and Jackson of Cushman & Wakefield represented Transcept and the owner of its space, Brady Sullivan Properties, in their transaction. Transcept, which develops and produces signal distribution systems for wireless communications, will use its offices in this three-story, 108,533-sf facility for its corporate headquarters. The building is located within the foreign trade zone here near the Manchester Municipal Airport.
