Manufacturer Consolidating Into Tempe Building

TEMPE, AZ-An expanding electrical manufacturing company has leased space in a Tempe industrial building where the company plans to consolidate from three other locations.

TEMPE, AZ-Cutler Hammer Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of Eaton Corp., has leased 46,725 sf in an industrial building at 912 S. Park Lane here from CSE Development of Phoenix. The electrical manufacturer plans to relocate from 7160 S. Harl Ave. in Tempe, and at 4246 E. Wood St. and 2800 N. 44th St. in Phoenix by August. Improvements are underway and should be completed within a month.

The five-year lease is valued at $1.69 million.
