Phoenix World Business Inks Second Warehouse Lease

HOUSTON-Phoenix World Business has taken its second Eastpark Drive warehouse site in three months. The latest pact is for a 25,000-sf structure at 4320 Eastpark Dr. In all, the company will now be occupying 40,000 sf in the submarket.

HOUSTON-Transwestern Commercial Services’ Houston office has leased a 25,000-sf industrial warehouse at 4320 Eastpark Dr. to Phoenix World Business Inc, a manufacturer of plastics, metals, powders and resins.

This is the second lease Transwestern and Phoenix have entered into in the area. In March, Phoenix World Business also signed for a 15,000-sf industrial warehouse at 4324 Eastpark Dr. The warehouses are located in the northeast corner of the inner loop. Phoenix’s offices are located at 10303 Northwest Freeway in northwest Houston.
