The deal will keep State Farm Automobile Insurance Co. in 15,350 sf of office space at 1919 Santa Monica Blvd. The lease is valued at $1.34 million.

Tracy Rasmussen of CB Richard Ellis represented State Farm. The landlord, REIT giant Arden Realty Inc., was represented in-house by portfolio leasing manager Troy Holme.

West Los Angeles-based Arden Realty owns nearly more than 7.5 million sf in nearly 50 properies in the LA region alone. Its 18.7 million sf of office space across Southern California makes it the Southland's largest commercial real estate landlord.
