ENGLEWOOD, NJ-On paper, the estate of Mark Goodson sold the 144-unit Linden Lawn Apartments complex to an unnamed buyer for an undisclosed price. If the name Mark Goodson sounds familiar, one may recall it as part of the sign-off of many early television shows: “This has been a Mark Goodson-Bill Todman production.” Collaborating with partner Bill Todman, the late Mark Goodson produced such game shows as “The Right is Right,” “The Match Game” and “Family Feud,” as well as a variety of sitcoms and other television shows.
Kenneth Uranowitz, SVP at Livingston, NJ-based broker Gebroe-Hammer Associates represented Goodson’s estate in the sale, for which the price was apparently right. Uranowitz also orchestrated financing for the sale, which involved the procurement of a new first mortgage plus cash. No further details were released.
