Included in the $5-million development is an extension of water and sewer to the site.
Steven Varilone, president of BRIVAR, has targeted Jan. 31 as the completion date.
BRIVAR is an industrial and commercial general contractor in Livingston and Oakland County. Jacob Properties is the developer of both the Orion Business Park and GreenOak Business Park.
