Blackmon Mooring Takes Entire Building

AUSTIN-Blackmon Mooring Steamatic has boosted its Austin operation, signing for another 27,300 sf and beefing up its employee count. The Ft. Worth-based disaster-related restoration specialist now leases 58,500 sf at Rutland 5.

AUSTIN-Blackmon Mooring Steamatic has taken another 27,300 sf and filled the entire building that it occupied just six months ago.

With the additional space, the carpet and duct cleaning firm now leases the full 58,500 sf of Rutland 5, located at Metric and Boyer boulevards in Austin’s north submarket. Six months ago, the company had moved from a 12,000-sf facility and has increased its staff 165%. The number of employees is not available.
