Deli Leases 9,800 SF at Village Center

DENVER-Highly acclaimed deli Tony's Meats & Specialty Foods joins the tenant roster of Jordon Perlmutter & Co.'s Bowles Village Center by taking 9,800 sf. The center three blocks east of Southwest Plaza is 95% leased.

DENVER-Tony’s Meats & Specialty Foods, one of the most highly acclaimed delis in the Denver area, will lease a 9,800-sf store in developer Jordon Perlmutter & Co.’s Bowles Village Center, about three blocks east of a regional mall, Southwest Commons. ”With Tony’s Meats, we’re now 95% leased,” says Jonathan Perlmutter.

The Tony’s Meats will join a 35,000-sf Bed Bath & Beyond in the center, along with a Cold Stone Creamery, Mile High Aquariums and other tenants, he says. Perlmutter adds landing Tony’s is a coup because it is so well respected in the Denver area.

”They’re much more than a butcher,” Perlmutter says. ‘They have a great, full-service deli and their own bakery. And I know from personal experience, that their service is extraordinary.”
