The Phoenix-based Scene Art & Associates will be moving into 2985 W. Whitton Ave. The company has signed a five-year lease.
Scene Art & Associates most recently has completed the Paradise Valley Mall. It also contracts interactive displays for theme parks, museums, fast-food restaurants and the Phoenix Zoo. The company plans to use the building to expand its custom plastic manufacturing operation. The industrial building is about a half-mile west of Interstate 17 and some two miles north of Interstate 10.
The Phoenix office of DAUM Commercial Real Estate Services, with brokers Kirk Jenkins and Paul Miachika, has represented Scene Art & Associates in the negotiations, while broker Sam Sorensen of the Phoenix office of Sorensen & Black has acted fro the building owner.
