The Fallsgrove Village Center, a retail and office project located at the main entrance of the Fallsgrove development fronting Shady Grove Road at Fallsgrove Boulevard and Medical Center Way, will accommodate more than 40 stores, restaurants, banks, and retail services. Designed by Bignell, Watkins, Hasser Architects of Annapolis, MD, the project will include a 150,000-sf retail center and a 75,000-sf three-story office building.
Lerner Enterprises is also developing the Fallsgrove Corporate Center, a 208,000-sf class A office building, and Fallsgrove Executive Plaza, which will include 240,000 sf of leasable space on Shady Grove Road. The total Fallsgrove project is a 257-acre mixed-used planned development on the former Thomas Farm site. It will include 950,000 sf of office and research and development space, 1,530 residential units and 150,000 sf of retail and restaurant space.
