Hertsmere Borough Council is expected to grant permission for a seven-storeyair conditioned office building, to be known as Eclipse, on the 1.8 acresite at the junction of Elstree Way and Warwick Road. There will be parkingfor 313 cars.
Doug Stewart, a director of Salmon Harvester, said, 'Borehamwood is a muchunderrated location despite its excellent road and rail links. There iscurrently no new office development taking place in the town and our schemehas been designed to satisfy demand for a headquarters building inthe region. During the planning stage we have the opportunity to liaise withmajor companies with requirements in the area, so this landmark propertycould incorporate their ideas.'
Weatherall Green & Smith and Lambert Smith Hampton have been appointed asletting agents.
