Representatives of the landowner, including Ron Miller, couldn't be reached at GlobeSt.com's publication deadline. Butarea brokers who have done deals near Plymouth recently tell GlobeSt.com on condition of anonymity the asking price should be no more than $2 per sf or about $87,120 per acre.

That would place the total asking price at about $7 million.

"I doubt very seriously if that number will ever be attained," a land specialist at a name brokerage tells GlobeSt.com. "It probably will be in the $1 or $1.10 range."
