RelocationCentral Buys Apartment Guide

DENVER-RelocationCentral by CORT buys Apartment Store/Apartment Guide, which has 150,000 multifamily rental units in its database. It will provides online and call center services for people looking for apartments.

DENVER-RelocationCentral by CORT has bought Apartment Store/Apartment Guide, the largest apartment locator service in Denver. RelocationCentral was spun off from CORT Furniture Rental, a Berkshire Hathaway Co.

Apartment Store/Apartment Guide helps rent 36,000 apartments in the Denver area each year. The company has 150,000 apartment units in its database, says Anne Dresser, the company’s president.

“I’ll be staying on as western regional manager,” Dresser tells GlobeSt.com. “I’m not going anywhere.”
